Following Marek Churcher’s appointment as the new Director of Rugby at Penryn RFC, we can today confirm former DOR Dave Levick as the clubs new commercial manager.
In what is an exciting time at the Borough, Dave’s new role will oversee important off field matters while we continue to progress on the field. The role will focus on sponsorship, hospitality and commercial activity such as hire of facilities, merchandise, fundraising and our club lottery scheme.
Dave said “During the past 4 months I’ve had a lot of time to reflect on my current role as Head of Rugby, I am really pleased with what has been achieved over the past 3 seasons, but feel time is right to hand this over to the next stage of development. I am delighted that Marek Churcher has taken over as Director of Rugby and I know that Marek has the skills and energy to take rugby at the Borough to a new level."
"Stepping aside for the day to day running of rugby will allow me time to develop the commercial side of rugby that is clearly needed if we are to fulfil our aspirations for the future,” he added.
