A message from Leigh Weaver.

While this page maybe quite at the moment, I can assure you that there is a lot of planning going on in the back ground.

All of the pitches have been prepared for the new season, which has seen soak-aways fitted, they been verti-drained, 120 tonnes of sand has been added & brushed into pitches 1 & 2.

The cabbage patch has been extended to 25 x 50 meter area, with 4 x work out zones marked in & the main stand has been upgraded with new hand rails.

However I just wanted to acknowledge that yesterday marked a significant day in Under 16’ Boys & Girls lives who have pulled on a Penryn shirt over the years.
Friday 12th June 2020 marked the day when most Year 11 students would have finished their exams.

It should be acknowledged that it was never supposed to end like this, however the year of 2020 will never be forgotten & has made its mark in history.

I personally would like to say it’s been an honour to be associated to all the boys & girls that have played across the teams. We have seen them grow into young adults & a exciting group of rugby players.

This is far from the end, just a brief pause before they embark on the next stage of their lives.
